Thank you for posting this--it was funny but more, because (not having watched the Olympics in a long time, yet remembering a lot from when I was a kid) I noticed that the uneven parallel bars are now so far apart that they can't do those moves where they hang from the top bar and wrap their bodies around the lower bar and dismount, or whatever. I wonder when they did that, but I thought I was crazy thinking that they moved the bars.
I don't know if I laughed harder at the splits on the wrong side of the beam move or the entrance he made each time but he had me rolling on the floor! Just amazing how good you have to be so you can be that bad :)
I actually think he did perform at the Olympics back in the olden days. But some of these were from other events. We seem to have lost our sense of humor unfortunately. I kind of like remembering that these things are supposed to be fun!
His/her entrance on the floor exercise absolutely slays me - the arm, the face, the posture... BWAAAAAHAHAHAHAHA! And then he's so GOOD! Just icing on the cake of funny.

Am I making any sense at all? :-P
Perfect sense! Which means either you are a) absolutely spot on or b) we speak the same language.
SO true! I love it when he did the splits on the underside of the beam. What a save, hahahaaa!! The announcers loved him too! Genius act.
